Westside Estate Agency (WEA) bolstered its ranks as it poached three agents from Douglas Elliman.
Gina Dickerson and Rob Moravsky, with a combined production of nearly $400 million, are now in WEA’s Beverly Hills office on Canon Drive.

They didn’t move far, coming from Elliman’s Beverly Hills outpost. Dickerson had previously been with Elliman for a decade, while Moravsky clocked over eight years with the brokerage.
“We are happy to be in an environment that best fits our needs as agents and allows us to attain our clients’ goals in the luxury marketplace,” Dickerson said in a statement to The Real Deal.
WEA also added to its Malibu office with Stephanie Smith. The agent hailed from Elliman’s Malibu office with a resume of more than $100 million in transactions.
“We are always looking to team up with agents who put their clients first,” Westside Estate Agency co-founder Stephen Shapiro told TRD. “Gina and Rob are the epitome of that approach to real estate. We are proud to have them with us.”
The brokerage’s latest additions follow October’s news that it brought on Stuart Vetterick from Hilton & Hyland. Vetterick, along with The Beverly Hills Estates’ Branden and Rayni Williams, represented Fashion Nova CEO Richard Saghian in his purchase of an $141 million Bel-Air megamansion called “The One.”
